Donc, je suis invitée chez des amis pour l’apéro, je veux savoir si je peux prendre le volant. Je souffle dans l’éthylotest. Deux cas de figure se présentent: C’est positif, je ne peux pas partir car je n’ai pas le droit de rouler avec une telle alcoolémie. C’est négatif je ne peux pas partir car je n’ai pas le droit de roulr avec un éthylotest usagé. conclusion, dans les deux cas: JE RETOURNE A L’APPERO !

It really means that you will always need to carry two breathalyzers in your car, because if you ‘use’ one you still have one unused and so do not break the law!!!
